  • Pour the herbal tea mixture into popsicle molds. If you don't have molds, small paper cups and wooden sticks will work.
  • Place the molds in the freezer. After about 1 hour, insert the popsicle sticks if you're using cups.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
